Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept returns?
To keep our business practices sustainable and in the nature of selling secondhand goods, all items purchased through this website are final sale. Items that I sell that are purchased through third-party platforms such as Depop, Mercari, or Poshmark are subject to the return policies of those platforms. I am honest about the condition of all the items I sell, so please refer to an item's description and photos carefully before placing an order. For vintage items especially, the items may have minor flaws that are consistent with their age. If you would like more information and more photos, please email [email protected]!
Do you offer refunds?
All items are final sale. In the event that a package is lost by a carrier, we offer a 25% refund with the order number and proof of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
I pack and ship items within 2 days, but please allow 7 days as this is not my full-time job. Depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, transit time for domestic packages once a package is dropped off can be anywhere between 1-7 days, and sometimes more. *Please be advised that USPS is going through drastic budget cuts, COVID-19 shortages, and an unprecedented holiday rush, making delivery times longer than normal.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes - however, please note that this can cost anywhere between $15 and $50 depending on the destination country. International shipping usually takes 2-6 weeks to arrive. Free shipping only applies to domestic packages, international shipping will always be at the buyer's expense. For international shipping, please DM me on instagram or shoot me an email!
What do you do if a package is delayed?
Once an item is sent out, I am not responsible if an item is lost or damaged in transit. USPS is extremely reliable, but things happen! I do my best to get your package to you - contact me via email and I will be happy to fill out a USPS Missing Mail report with your package details. I also ask that you do your part as well and try to contact your local post office with the details of the package so they can look out for it.
